Welcome to Puri Mesari Hotel’s Reservation Terms and Conditions page. These terms govern the booking and reservation process for accommodations at our hotel. By making a reservation with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking Process

  • Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us. Please review the details of your reservation for accuracy.
  • Booking Modifications: Changes to your reservation, such as dates, room type, or guest details, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and rate selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for details.

2. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or cash, depending on the reservation type. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
  • Deposit: Some reservations may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or modifications are subject to our cancellation policy and may take a few business days to process.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: Our standard check-in time is 2PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-Out Time: Guests are required to check out by 12:00 noon. Late check-out until 6 PM, will be charged 50% from the room rate and subject to availability. There will be no refund for early check out.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Identification: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in for verification purposes.
  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
  • Behavior: We expect guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow guests, staff, and property. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

5. Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations as necessary. We will make every effort to notify affected guests promptly.

6. Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect and process personal information for reservation purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
